Dr. Jennifer Cardinal
I began my career as a chiropractor and have spent nearly thirty years in clinical practice. Over this time, I eventually found my calling in functional medicine.
My own personal hormone roller coaster and years of struggling with chronic migraines led me to follow a path that deepened my clinical focus. That search for answers opened the door to more expansive training in functional medicine, DUTCH hormone testing, and bioidentical hormone support—tools that now help me guide others through their own health struggles.
While I specialize in women’s hormone wellness, my work extends to helping individuals with diverse health challenges who are seeking a root‑cause‑focused approach to healing.
I’m a member of the North American Menopause Society and the 2024 Healthcare Impact Award® recipient.
Anchored by my faith, I’m passionate about helping others restore balance, clarity, and hope. I also love teaching in community spaces — from churches to workplaces or even the occasional podcast invitation.
I live in Connecticut with my husband and best friend, Scott, and we’re proud parents of two adult daughters, a Marine Corps son and two beautiful kitties.
